Win Antispyware Solution

I cannot use any flash related websites on PC for a while and was relieved to see that there was an update to fix the issue but I am un able to install this update, it provides me with a problem Win Antispyware. Can anyone tell me how to resolve Win Antispyware before I give up and reinstall my windows system?
